I guess after George "The Fish" and I rode to Sturgis (www.sturgisadventure.com) last year I got the bug for the long journeys.  George and I discussed heading out west but didn't have a real point to go to until George came up with "Arches National Park" after seeing something on the Travel Channel.

George can't make this trip this year, maybe the last trip to Sturgis scared him to much.    My buddy Iain a heathen Scotsman by birth was going to make the ride... but common sense got the best of him and he baled on me.

Suddenly out of the clear blue... my riding buddy Quinn says he is ready to go....... Dang, and I thought I was going alone........

We put together this little web site so others can see a little of what we saw.  Not everyone can make trips like this but if you get a chance, go for it.   Its not as far as it seems.

We made the journey, had a great time meeting different people in different situations.  We drank great brews and saw sights we will always remember.
